*Rough cut - still in post production*
The town of Seven Springs is the oldest civilization in Wayne County, NC. It is also in a 100 year flood plain – one that has seen three major floods in the past 20 years. Many of its residents have no choice but to leave as their houses continually get flooded out from hurricanes. Ronda Hughes is a town commissioner, one of the two business owners in town and a leader in the community. But most importantly, she is the grandmother to three children – one of whom has special needs. This is the story of the fight to save her home and her community.
